InstantGMP On-Line is the electronic batch record system that is the heart of this paperless GMP manufacturing application.
Instant GMP™ is a web-based Part 11 compliant Electronic Batch Record System that streamlines the entire process of GMP manufacturing. It simplifies the documentation and approval procedures to reduce production times. The full set of manufacturing SOPs that govern the manufacturing processes are included with the application. The SOP requirements and quality checks are built into the software to prevent errors, to maximize quality and to assure GMP compliance. It can be viewed remotely from any location and has individualized security settings on every screen. The net result is better efficiency and higher quality than can be achieved with paper based systems.
The major components consist of:
- Material Control: Part numbers are automatically assigned. The system requires vendors to be qualified before materials can be purchased and the materials released before being used in a batch.
- Project Status: The current status of each project can be updated and viewed on-line.
- Specifications Control: The system requires each specification to be approved by quality. As specs are updated, version control is automatic.
- Purchase Requisition Control: Purchase Requisitions are automatically generated by the system.
- Material Receiving: Materials received at the warehouse can be logged in on-line in real time.
- Inventory Control: Material levels are always available and status is easily updated. Only approved inventory can be used in batches.
- Room and Equipment Logs: Records of preventative maintenance, cleaning, batch use etc. can be entered or viewed quickly.
- Electronic Batch Records: Master Production Records and Batch Production Records meet all electronic documentation requirements.
- Security: Security Roles and security settings are under your complete control.
- Audit Logs: Track or view all entries and access from a fully searchable audit log.
